Rolling back to a previous flash
If a patch day tune doesn't feel right, here's how to quickly re-flash the previous version.
We tune scripts weekly and occasionally a tune lands differently than expected for a specific playstyle. Rolling back takes two minutes.
Option 1: re-flash a previous version
From your dashboard, click the script you want to roll back. Under the Install button there’s a small "version history" link (owners only). Pick the date you want and re-flash to any slot. The previous binary is re-issued with your current watermark — nothing from before leaks.
Option 2: flash two versions to two slots
You’ve got eight slots. Flash current to slot 1, previous to slot 2. Switch between them on the fly via the slot button on the Zen. Once you’ve A/B tested enough, keep whichever.
Option 3: ask for a tune revert
Drop a note in Discord #patch-notes explaining what feels off. If enough people report the same regression, we’ll ship a hotfix within a few hours rather than make everyone roll back individually.
What we keep
We keep the last 14 days of versions accessible from the dashboard. Older than two weeks, we prune — mostly because they’re tuned for an older game patch and won’t feel right anyway.
What we don't let you do
Flash a version to a slot that was made for a script you don’t own. Our flasher checks ownership on every flash, so you can’t sideload Demon into your Vera+ license. This is part of the watermarking layer.
