Terms of Service
Plain English version: you’re paying us for a script licence. We’re running a small shop, not a bank. If something goes wrong we’ll try to fix it; if it can’t be fixed we’ll refund where we can. Don’t leak our scripts and don’t pretend you’re acting on our behalf.
1. Who these terms are between
“We” / “VeraScripts” means the VeraScripts team operating at verascripts.com. “You” means whoever is buying or using our scripts. By buying, flashing, or otherwise using our scripts, you agree to these terms.
2. What you’re buying
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use a watermarked build of the purchased script on devices you own. You are not buying a product we ship as a file; you’re paying for flashes from our browser installer during your licence period (monthly) or for life (lifetime). 3. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Whop. Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled in your Whop dashboard; lifetime is a single payment. All prices are in USD. Taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout.
4. Refunds
72-hour refund window if the script doesn’t work on your setup. See Refund Policy for details. After 72 hours, monthly can be cancelled (renewal stops); lifetime is final.
5. Account and access
Access is gated by your Discord ID, linked to the Whop purchase. Don’t share your account. If your account is compromised, tell us immediately and we’ll re-issue.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Share, post, crack, or otherwise distribute the script binary
- Reverse-engineer the watermark
- Resell licences
- Use our scripts in any context where they violate a game’s terms of service in a region where such violation is unlawful. You’re responsible for that call, not us.

7. No warranty on game compatibility
Games patch. Consoles patch. Firmware patches. Most of the time our scripts keep working within hours of a patch landing; occasionally they’re down for a day or two while we re-tune. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted compatibility, but we do guarantee we’re actively working on it — and your licence period extends free for any day a script is down past 24 hours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for account bans, device damage, or any consequential losses arising from use of our scripts. You use them at your own risk in a grey-area tooling space. That said, in three years we’ve had zero bans traced to our scripts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, the “updated” date above changes and we’ll post a note in #announcements on Discord. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new version.
