Terms of Service

Plain English version: you’re buying a personal script licence. New purchases are one-time and all sales are final: we do not offer voluntary cash refunds, partial cash refunds, or money back after digital delivery. After real troubleshooting, the non-cash remedies described in our Refund Policy may be reviewed. Don’t share our scripts, bypass our access controls, or pretend you act for VeraScripts.

Who these terms are between

“We” / “VeraScripts” means VeraScripts LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company operating verascripts.com. “You” means whoever is buying or using our scripts. By buying, flashing, or otherwise using our scripts, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the purchased script on Cronus Zen devices you own. New purchases are one-time licences with permanent access to the purchased product, its approved versions, compatible updates, and support. Vera+ includes every current and future Vera script. Delivery happens through our browser installer; a purchase does not give you a general-purpose downloadable binary. See the End-User Licence for the licence text itself.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Whop. All plans offered to new customers are one-time payments and do not renew. Customers who purchased a monthly plan before subscriptions were retired may keep that grandfathered plan at its existing price until they cancel it in Whop. Cancelled legacy subscriptions cannot be restarted. All prices are in USD. Taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary cash refunds, partial cash refunds, or money back after digital delivery. We will keep troubleshooting a setup problem; after that process, only a non-cash equal-or-lower product swap or Vera+ credit may be reviewed under the Refund Policy. Grandfathered monthly subscriptions can be cancelled in the customer’s Whop dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Account and access

Access is gated by your signed-in Discord account and the purchase records we receive from Whop. Don’t share your account or purchase credentials. If either account is compromised, contact support so we can review and secure access.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

• Copy, extract, share, post, crack, or otherwise distribute a script binary
• Bypass or reverse-engineer our licence, installer, or access controls
• Resell licences
• Use our scripts in any context where they violate a game’s terms of service in a region where such violation is unlawful. You’re responsible for that call, not us.

We may use account, purchase, access, and flash records to investigate licence sharing or distribution.

No warranty on game compatibility

Games, consoles, and Cronus firmware change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility, a fix within a specific time, or compatibility with every future platform change. Your one-time licence does not expire merely because time passes, and compatible updates remain included when released.

Publisher enforcement

You are responsible for deciding where and how to use a script. We do not promise that any script is undetectable, ban-proof, or permitted by a game, tournament, console, or platform. Rules and enforcement can change without notice.

Affiliate program

Affiliates earn 50% of every eligible payment attributed within 30 days through their one permanent Vera link: $42.50 on an eligible $85 payment, $25 on an eligible $50 payment, $12.50 on an eligible $25 payment, and $49.50 on an eligible $99 Vera+ payment. Vera tracks eligible Whop-attributed commission and, after the clearing period, transfers available commission to the affiliate’s connected Whop balance. Whop handles payout onboarding, identity checks, and withdrawals. Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible payments do not earn payable commission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for account enforcement, device damage, lost progress, lost revenue, or consequential losses arising from use of our scripts. You use them at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “updated” date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use our services after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
