Refund Policy
72 hours, no drama. If the script doesn’t work on your setup in the first 72 hours, we refund in full. After that, monthly plans cancel at next renewal and lifetime is final.
The 72-hour window
From the moment Whop marks your purchase complete, you have 72 hours to request a refund if:
- The script doesn’t work on your specific hardware setup (Zen firmware, controller combo)
- The script is detected or breaks due to a game patch within that window, and we can’t tune a fix in time
- You changed your mind for any reason
Open a refund ticket in Discord #support or email support@verascripts.com. No interrogation, no “have you tried turning it off and on again” cycle. If you’re in the window, we refund.
After 72 hours, monthly
You can cancel your subscription through your Whop dashboard any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your script access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After 72 hours, lifetime
Lifetime is final. The reason we offer $100 lifetime instead of $25/month indefinitely is that we know you’re committing. If we refunded lifetime a year in, the pricing couldn’t hold.
Exception: if the script is wholesale-broken for a month or longer with no tune in sight (has not happened; theoretically could), we will offer a pro-rata refund or swap to an equivalent script. Email us.
Chargebacks
Please don’t. If you believe a charge was in error, email us first — a refund takes five minutes, a chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee that hurts more than the sale. If the first five minutes don’t resolve it, file the chargeback; we don’t hold grudges.
Bad-faith exclusions
We don’t refund if:
- Your licence has been revoked for terms violations (leak attempts, watermark tampering)
- You’ve gone past 72 hours on a monthly plan and contact us asking for the first week back — the refund window is the window
- You buy lifetime and then ask for monthly-pricing parity a year in
