End-User Licence Agreement
A licence to use the script you purchased, on devices you own, for as long as your plan lasts. Nothing more, nothing less.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to flash and use the watermarked script binary on up to five (lifetime plan) or two (monthly plan) Cronus Zen devices you personally own, for the duration of your active plan.
2. What you may do
- Flash the script to your Zen via our browser installer
- Use the script in single-player, multi-player, or online gameplay on any game we target
- Tune parameters exposed in Zen Studio for your own setup
- Refer friends via our affiliate program (separate agreement)
3. What you may not do
- Copy, share, transfer, sell, or otherwise distribute the script binary
- Reverse-engineer the binary to remove or alter the watermark
- Use the script to perform DDoS, harass, or cheat in ways that harm specific other players maliciously (normal gameplay advantage is fine; targeted harassment is not)
- Represent yourself as an authorised VeraScripts reseller or support agent
4. Ownership
We retain all ownership of the script, the tuning algorithms, the watermarking scheme, and the brand. You own the licence to use, not the IP itself.
5. Revocation
Breach of section 3 revokes the licence. Revocation disables future flashes and, in leak cases, may be paired with revocation from Discord and blacklisting from future purchases. We do not publish a public blacklist; we simply disable.
6. Updates
Updates to the script are included for the duration of your active plan. Lifetime = updates forever. Monthly = updates during your subscription.
7. No warranty
Scripts are provided as-is. We don’t warrant uninterrupted compatibility across game / console / firmware patches, but we do actively maintain them (see our update cadence).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate: you by cancelling in Whop or asking for deletion; us by written notice with refund of any unused portion. On termination, your licence ends; the watermark ledger entry is retained per privacy policy.
