End-User Licence Agreement

A personal licence to use the script you purchased on devices you own. New one-time purchases include permanent access, approved versions, updates, and support.

Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to flash and use the purchased script on Cronus Zen devices you personally own, subject to reasonable anti-sharing and abuse controls. One-time licences remain active permanently unless revoked for breach, refund, dispute, or payment reversal. Grandfathered monthly licences remain active only while that legacy subscription is paid and active.

What you may do

• Flash the script to your Zen via our browser installer
• Use the script in single-player, multi-player, or online gameplay on any game we target
• Tune settings exposed by the script menus and approved Vera or Cronus tools for your own setup
• Refer friends via our affiliate program (separate agreement)

What you may not do

• Copy, share, transfer, sell, or otherwise distribute the script binary
• Reverse-engineer the binary, installer, licence checks, or access controls to copy or distribute the script or bypass ownership checks
• Use the script to perform DDoS, harass, or cheat in ways that harm specific other players maliciously (normal gameplay advantage is fine; targeted harassment is not)
• Represent yourself as an authorised VeraScripts reseller or support agent

Ownership

We retain all ownership of the script, tuning algorithms, installer, access systems, and brand. You own the licence to use, not the IP itself.

Revocation

A material breach may revoke the licence and disable future flashes. A related Discord product role may also be removed. Refunds, disputes, and payment reversals may revoke the associated entitlement as described in the Refund Policy.

Updates

One-time licences include compatible updates permanently. Grandfathered monthly licences include updates while the legacy subscription remains active. Only versions that Vera has rebuilt, tested, and approved are made available through the installer.

No warranty

Scripts are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted compatibility across game, console, controller, browser, or firmware changes, and we do not promise that a script is undetectable or ban-proof. Compatible updates and support remain included under the applicable licence.

Termination

You may cancel a grandfathered monthly plan in Whop or ask us to delete your account. We may revoke any licence for a material breach of this agreement. Account deletion does not create a refund right. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy. Transaction, support, and security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
