ONLINE: the one setting you change online
ONLINE is the one Fadeaway 2.5 setting you change online: what it does to every shot type, where it is in the TUNE menu, and how to set it between games.
Offline, keep ONLINE at +0. Set up your shot types offline in MyCourt (run LEARN, or tune each RELEASE over 5 shots) until they land mostly green.
Online has delay. With ONLINE at +0 your shots usually come out early online, so you turn ONLINE up. ONLINE moves every shot type at once: STAND 600 with ONLINE +50 shows 650 on the Zen. Your values did not change on their own. That is ONLINE.
Where it is
Open the menu, TUNE, SHOT TYPE ONLINE, then RELEASE. One tap is 1 ms; hold Up or Down to move faster.
How to set it
- Same jumpshot and Build you tuned with. Meter ON for the first online game.
- Crew HQ is online and gives you a rough number. The calculator gives a rough start too.
- Shoot 5. All early: ONLINE up 10. All late: ONLINE down 10. Mixed: leave it and play.
ONLINE also moves your offline shots. Write your online number down and set ONLINE back to +0 when you play MyCourt or other offline modes.
Every mode (Crew HQ, Theater, Park, Rec) and every server is a little different. Change ONLINE between games, not mid game.
